Set your password and log in to the JEEP Portal
Complete the JEEP Registration Onboarding
- Read and e-sign the JEEP Agreement
- Enter your Social Security Number
- Complete and upload W-9 Form (https://forms.jeep1000.com/w9)
- Upload Proof of Service
Registration is complete. You can now submit JEEP leads.
JEEP LEAD SUBMISSION
Submit JEEP Leads
- Visit JEEP1000.com or log in to the JEEP Portal (portal.jeep1000.com)
- Fill out the JEEP Lead Agreement, e-sign, and download it.
- Switch back to the lead form on the website or portal.
- Fill out the lead form completely. At the end of the form, upload the completed JEEP Assistant Agreement.
- Check the box to receive a copy of your lead submission by email.
- Your lead submission is complete. Your lead will be assigned to a recruiter.
