Arkansas National Guard FAQs

The JEEP aims to encourage enlistment and accession into the Arkansas National Guard by providing incentives to Soldiers, Airmen, and veterans who refer individuals interested in joining.

Soldiers, Airmen, and veterans of the Arkansas National Guard (AR NG) at the rank of Major (O-4) and below are eligible to participate as JEEP Assistants.

JEEP Assistants receive a compensation of $1000 for each new or prior service lead who enlists or accesses into the AR NG and ships to initial training..

The JEEP encourages enlistment and accession by providing monetary incentives to individuals who refer potential recruits, thereby increasing enlistments and accessions for the AR NG.

A JEEP Assistant helps locate interested individuals to join the AR NG, provides guidance, mentorship, and support to prospects, and assists with the enlistment process until the recruit ships to initial training.

JEEP Assistants must be current members of the AR NG or qualified veterans of the AR NG at the time of payment.

Individuals can become JEEP Assistants by providing information about themselves and the recruit through the JEEP website, completing and signing the JEEP Assistant Agreement, and submitting required documentation.

JEEP Assistants are responsible for providing guidance, mentorship, and support to prospects, assisting with the enlistment process, and performing other duties related to enlistment actions as directed.
