HOW TO SUBMIT LEAD REFERRALS
Submitting JEEP leads is a two-step process. You must complete both steps for your JEEP lead referral to be valid.
- Fill out the JEEP Assistant Agreement with your information, the lead's information, and e-sign. Make sure to download a copy. You will need to upload this when you submit the lead form in step 2.
- Fill out the lead form on JEEP1000.com or in your JEEP Portal dashboard. Make sure to use the same email address you used when you registered as a JEEP Assistant and upload your signed JEEP Assistant Agreement.

- Step 2: Fill out the lead form to the left. Make sure to use the same email address you used when you registered as a JEEP Assistant and upload the signed JEEP Assistant Agreement you filled out in step 1.
You must come back to this page, fill out the entire lead form, and upload the signed agreement for your lead referral to be valid.
